ORANGE AND CRANE INNOVATIONS INC. (OCI) Introduce OCI Payment Services.

In our quest to give you the best service, we are committed to ensuring that all your Personal Information is protected. Safeguarding your privacy is part of our pledge in providing you with the optimal OCI Payment Services experience.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) shall apply to all visitors or users (“You”, “Your” or “User”) of the OCI Payment Services, and other OCI Applications and Websites (collectively referred as the OCI Payment Services” and customers of both PHS and OCI, a duly organized and existing corporation incorporated under Philippine Laws.

This Policy explains the rights and obligations between you and OCI, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, in handling Personal Information.

The OCI Payment Services and Your Personal Information

When you download or use the OCI Payment Services, we may gather information about you. These information(collectively “Personal Information”) may, but not necessarily, include your:

  • Photo;
  • Name;
  • Address, including email address;
  • Your mobile/telephone number including the mobile/telephone number stored in your mobile device (“third Party mobile/telephone numbers”);
  • Call/SMS and location data records such as call duration, place of call, etc. unless otherwise required by law, we do not record any part of your conversation when you make a call;
  • Billing Address and limited credit card information (see Terms and Conditions);
  • Any other information which may directly identify you;

Personal information does not include Aggregate Information or any information that is not personally identifiable to you. Aggregate Information refers to processed information about you or a group of users similarly situated.

We do not collect sensitive personal information relative to your health, ethnicity, religious or political affiliations, unless strictly necessary and only when for a specific purpose such as research and analytics for demographics to improve OCI Payment Services

You are allowed to change any Personal Information already stored or collected by sending us an email hello@orangeandcrane.com.

Other Information We Collect

In addition to your Personal Information, we may also collect the following information:

• Device information, which may include hardware, operating system version, device identifier and network information; • Log information and location, which may include internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages and date and time stamps; and/or • Cookies (see Cookies and Anonymous Identifiers). •
Why We Collect Your Personal and Other Information

The Personal Information and other information we collect guide us in providing you with the best service you deserve. Our practice in collecting any information is consistent with acceptable industry standards. Your Personal Information help us understand and ensure that our system, policies, equipment, and platform can provide you with the service in accordance with your usage practice. We also conduct research using your Personal Information. We reserve the right to share Aggregate Information for purposes of conducting research on the general behavior of our users. We also use your Personal Information to continuously improve your experience as well as informing you about our products, services and promotions which may be relevant to your lifestyle or situation. You recognize that in providing us with your Personal Information, we may send you relevant advertising and promotions, newsletters or any similar information regarding products and services of third parties. We collect information to improve our advertising measurement systems and measure the effectiveness and reach of ads and services. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, we cannot guarantee that you will not receive any advertisement for products which are promoted by other users or third parties.

We also gather information to help verify accounts and activity and to promote safety and security on and off OCI Payment Services.

Sharing with Third-Party Partners and Customers
OCI works with third party companies who help provide and improve the OCI Payment Services or who use advertising or related products, which makes it possible to operate and provide services to people around the world. Our Advertising, Measurement and Analytics Services are based on Non-Personally Identifiable Information only. We do not share information that personally identifies you with our advertising, measurement or analytics partners unless you give us your permission. We provide our partners with information about the reach and effectiveness of their advertising without providing information that personally identifies you.

To a certain extent, however, we may be required to gather your Personal Information to comply with existing legal or contractual obligations depending on the product or service you are availing.

We reserve the right to share your Personal Information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, security and technical breach, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

How We Collect Your Personal and Other Information We collect your Personal Information directly from you when:

  • you use any of the OCI Payment Services,
  • you respond to our survey,
  • you join our promotion,
  • we call and talk to you,
  • respond to our queries via email, SMS or other means; or
  • such other lawful means.

We may combine information about you which may have been disclosed on separate instances including any disclosure made to our affiliates.

Any Personal Information you provide will be part of our records and will be stored in our secured data center for three (3) years from deletion of the account, subject to reasonable storage fees. If at any time you wish us to delete any Personal Information, please let us know and we shall delete your Personal Information from our system within thirty (30) days from receipt of such request subject to payment of reasonable fees. In any event, we will delete all your Personal Information in our system once we no longer need it for any legitimate business purpose or if in our sole discretion such Personal Information violates any existing laws.

Any third-party who collects Personal Information on our behalf shall observe and comply with our obligations as set forth in this Policy.

Cookies and Anonymous Identifiers

In general, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs, including but not limited to your IP address, cookie information, and the page you request. This process, which is called “cookie technology”, allows us to immediately recognize you as a user. Cookies is an accepted industry practice to promote convenience of the user. Even so, Cookies cannot be accessed by any other App or Web site other than the OCI Payment Services. If you do not wish to use Cookies, you can let us know by sending us an email on the address indicated below. However, disabling Cookies may result to inconvenience in using the OCI Payment Services.

We and our partners use various technologies to collect and store information when you visit or use our services, and this may include sending one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device. We also use cookies and anonymous identifiers when you interact with services we offer to our partners, such as advertising services or other OCI Payment Services that may appear on other sites. Our OCI Analytics product helps businesses and site owners analyze the traffic to their websites and apps. When used in conjunction with our advertising services, such as those using the DoubleClick cookie, OCI Analytics information is linked, using OCI technology, with information about visits to multiple sites.

What We Do Not Do

In collecting Personal Information, we assure you that:

  • Your Personal Information shall never be used for any illegal, unlawful or immoral purpose.
  • We will not sell, disclose, assign or transfer your Personal Information to any Third Party other than for the purpose/s described herein or for purposes of research and analytics.
  • We will use reasonable industry standards to protect your Personal Information.

Other Websites From time to time, there may be instances where the OCI Payment Services may provide links to other websites, including but not limited to advertisers (Third-Party Websites). Unless otherwise stated, this Policy does not cover how Third-Party Websites may handle your Personal Information.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us and we strive to protect users from unauthorized access, alteration, deletion, disclosure or destruction of information we possess. In particular:

  • We encrypt our Services using encrypted log-in credentials and regularly update and back-up our database.
  • We review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized access to systems.
  • We restrict access to your Personal Information to our employees, contractors and agents who need to know specific information to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

Given the nature of the services we provide, you recognize that we cannot be held liable for any loss, disclosure or illegal access of your Personal Information unless we are grossly and habitually negligent. We do not assure and warrant that the OCI Payment Services will be in perfect condition, but we will endeavor to regularly update our system to ensure the security of our Services.

Please note that we use the services of a secured data center to store your information. You acknowledge that your Personal Information shall be likewise governed by the terms and conditions of the data center.

Change in Ownership

In case of a merger or change in ownership of the ORANGE AND CRANE INNOVATIONS INC. (OCI), you recognize that your Personal Information may be included as part of the properties to be assigned to the new owners. We will endeavor to secure the concurrence of the new owners to provide at least the same level of protection for your Personal Information. Otherwise, we shall inform you of such fact and you have the right to inform us to purge all Personal Information in our possession.

Governing Law

Notwithstanding any principle under International Laws, you agree that this Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines and any action in relation to this Policy shall be filed in the proper courts of Mandaluyong City, Philippines, having sole jurisdiction, to the exclusion of all other Courts.

Effective Date

This Policy is effective immediately until modified by ORANGE AND CRANE INNOVATIONS INC. (OCI).

Changes to Privacy Policy

By using OCI Payment Services you agree to be bound by this Policy which may be updated from time to time at OCI’s own discretion. You recognize that this Policy was created for our mutual protection including Third Parties such as vendors, providers and suppliers.

Your continued use of the Services after OCI posts any modifications to this Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified privacy policy. If OCI makes any material changes to this Policy, OCI will notify you through a prominent notice on our Website and App.
